Gavea Crossroads now accessible.

Well'p, there's now a new region you can explore with your guild on the game now, and that region introduces new monsters, new bounties, and also npcs to meet.

The new region wont feature any quest yet (except for being target of some bounties), since I will still need to work on the mini plots of that region. That also means that the cave northwest of the area aren't accessible either. You can get to the new region by going West of Travellers Path.

Still doesn't change the fact that the update also brings more interesting stuff you can explore:

New Guild Member: Touro

Touro is the husband of a farm owner in Gavea. He's a miner, and very serious at his job, so eventually he even forgets to eat when at work.
His wife might need the help of a guild to bring him home...

Due to him being a miner, he'll be able to break with ease Ore Veins nodes that can be found throughout the world compared to other guild members. He's also able to use his pickaxe to beat up monsters if necessary too.

Touro can end up losing patience when low on health, being more resistent to damage and also attack faster, while being completely incapable of using any skill, so you need to be careful when taking him on the field.

He is also able to use a cannon on his shoulder too. Sometimes he doesn't really feel like mining with his pickaxe at all.

Some General Changes to the Game

Fighting monsters should now be easier, since I reduced the damage bonus monsters get based on their levels. That should make battles, like facing Gelking possible to survive some hits.

Quests and Bounties will also now give more exp too, so you can train your guild mates faster, and reduce a lot the amount of grinding necessary to get your character stronger. Since the game has a level capper on most maps (which you can turn off in the settings), I thought that hoarding levels would be pretty detrimental to the game, even more if you want to prepare a character to face their first boss fights (since bosses are about level 20+).

Another change that was done was with the Soothening Song skill, which is acquireable by Asphalion:
Now it will offer a passive aoe health recover to group members, that will trigger from time to time, healing injured group members.
That skill also triggers faster when the musician with it unlocked is sitdown, for faster health regeneration.
And the same skill is now learnable by Priscila too, so you can have an extra healing skill (other than the Blow Kiss).

Interface Bug Fixes

A number of interfaces that had broken scroll bars got fixed.

Now you should be able to use them when necessary.

Also fixed a bug with the Crafting Interface showing ghost recipes, when you open it again with another character.

More Plants added to fields

Are you having troubles trying to get those rare Cottons from killing Lapins?

Your problems are over! Now I introduce to you Cotton Plants, whose will spawn in some fields of Gavea.

Now you have an alternative way of getting those items. Simply look for their plants.

There's also a Clover Plant too that will spawn on the maps, in case you're farming for Clovers, for some reason.

Maybe you can even be lucky to find a 4 Leaves Clover when exploring the field, who knows... Or even something else... Hehe...

New Pets

There are two new pets on this update: Bigfoot, and Mighty Foot.

The methods of getting their taming item are very different one from another, so I wish you luck to find it.
If you're feeling generous, feel free to share how you found it. That's what makes a great community, heh.

Gavea Farmlands Quest Part I

The first part of the farm owners quest line has been added.

You can start it by talking to Farm Owner Kara, while having certain reputation with the Gavea Kingdom.
Currently, there's only the beginning quest from Kara, and also a quest line from Buffy.

I was really wanting to have Ko's quest line done before the update comes out, but since time was running out
and I needed to review how his last quest step would work, I ended up disabling it entirely.

Those quests will be added as the game updates, with new farmers with new missions for you to do, in exchange
of rewards and riches (well... Farm Owners).

Extra Bounties Added

I added two more extra bounties, that will have you chase two special creatures.

One is a miniboss on Gavea Sewers B2 (was supposed to show up in B3, but since it's not ready...). This bounty should
show up in Gavea Guild Academy as a two quests stage.

The other is a creature that shows up in Lavanda at a moment where it's a mistake to be wandering its field on. This
bounty will offer you the opportunity of facing this opponent outside of that specific requirement, but in few numbers.

Maybe you'll end up being lucky to get their unique weapons...

Rato Necklace and Rata Necklace now have a chance of dropping from their respective monsters.
Added a few new bounty quests to Gavea, and a new bounty quest to Lavanda.

Updated Samson's sitting forward frame.
Added some plants spawning on Gavea Fields.
=> That means there's alternative ways of getting Cotton and Clovers.
Mighty Foot and Bigfoot can be acquired as pets, once you find their catch items.
Added first part of Gavea Farmlands quest line.

That's about it for this update.

I know it feels unfinished, but Halloween is next month, and I should prepare for it. Better not leave the holiday pass in blank.

Meanwhile, I'll have to see to finishing the Gavea Crossroads and Farmlands quests. Hopefully, I'll have either of those done
before next update (maybe Gavea Crossroads one, with a new guild member or two, who knows).

Another thing that's in the development, is not only the cave of Gavea Crossroads, which I'll need to think what I'll inhabit
it with (maybe a snail monster I drafted some time ago would come in handy), but also Gavea Sewers B3 will need further
development (beside the map itself is mostly ready). Once Gavea Sewers B3 is ready, will be the time where Gavea Guilds
will be able to tackle on the source of one of the problems in Gavea: The Bullies Gang.

Well, that's all I got to say for now. Until next news, and let me know what you think of the update.
Feel free to join the project discord server if you want to, be it for feedback, discuss or whatever else, as long as you don't
wreck havok on the server or cause grief to others.

Have fun :)
